Dr. Reinhard is a teacher of solfege, movable Do, as the foundation for all instruments, enabling students to hear pitches and intervals internally and produce them vocally. This, combined with building solid technique, produces strong sightreaders. Sightreading is the foundation of all practical musical performance. Dr. Reinhard focuses not only on performing beautiful solo pieces but developing ensemble as well as accompanying skills to build an adaptable, competent musician. Dr. Reinhard encourages the development of a mutually supportive environment in both parents and students to enhance the creativity of all students at all levels, keeping the development of negative, competitive attitudes to a minimum. Dr. Reinhard welcomes cultural diversity and encourages developing an appreciation of all cultural expressions. Monthly Master Classes for all students.
